At PrintWise, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our 3D printers, filaments, and accessories. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the returns process as simple and straightforward as possible.

This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products, request refunds, and the procedures to follow. This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Lithuanian consumer protection laws.

Your 14-Day Right to Return

In accordance with EU and Lithuanian consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The 14-day return period begins:

• For physical products: From the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods
• For orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately: From the day you receive the last item
• For products delivered in multiple lots or pieces: From the day you receive the last lot or piece

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to info@thinkit.lt or by contacting us through our website.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

Unused Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Complete Set: All accessories, cables, documentation, and components that came with the product must be included in the return.

Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials, manuals, and documentation.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

No Damage: Items must not show signs of use, damage, modification, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or are excluded from our standard return policy:

• Opened filament packages - Once the vacuum seal or packaging has been opened, filaments cannot be returned due to material quality concerns (unless defective)
• Used 3D printers or equipment - Products that show signs of use, assembly, or modification
• Digital products or downloadable files (such as 3D models or software) that have been accessed or downloaded
• Special order items - Products ordered specifically for you that are not part of our regular inventory
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Consumable items with opened packaging (such as nozzles, belts, or other wear items that have been installed)
• Gift cards or vouchers

However, your legal rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@thinkit.lt with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the package is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Send the Package: Ship the return to the address provided in our return authorization email. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

5. Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product price. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that show obvious signs of use or items that are returned without original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thinkit.lt

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or specification, please return the original item following our returns process and place a new order for the item you need.

This ensures faster processing and allows you to select exactly what you want. If you have concerns about product availability, please contact us before initiating a return.

Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

What to Do:
1. Contact us immediately at info@thinkit.lt within 48 hours of receiving the product
2. Provide photos of the defective or damaged item, including packaging if applicable
3. Include your order number and description of the issue
4. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for return or replacement

Our Responsibility: If we made an error in your order (wrong product, wrong specifications), we will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement, including shipping both ways.

Product Warranty

All 3D printers and equipment come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you experience issues with a product within the warranty period, please contact us for warranty service information. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

We stand behind the quality of all products we sell. If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as described, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Proof of Delivery Issues

If you claim that you did not receive your order, but our shipping carrier confirms delivery, we may require additional verification before processing a refund or replacement. This may include:

• Verification of the delivery address
• Signature confirmation or photo proof of delivery from the carrier
• A police report in cases of suspected theft
• Allowing time for the package to be located

We work with reliable shipping partners (DPD, Omniva, LP Express) and will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Customer's Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Error or Defective Product: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Recommendation: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Your Legal Rights

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU and Lithuanian consumer protection laws. You always retain your legal rights regarding:

• Products that are faulty or not as described
• Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years for consumer goods in the EU)
• Right to repair or replacement of defective goods
• Right to a price reduction or full refund if repair or replacement is impossible
