Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Technical Specifications: Product specifications (print volume, layer resolution, material compatibility, etc.) are provided by manufacturers. We recommend verifying specifications before purchase if critical to your needs.

Ordering Process

1. Browse and Select: Browse our 3D printers, filaments, and accessories, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart.

2. Review Your Order: Review your cart, verify products, quantities, and delivery details.

3. Checkout: Proceed to checkout, provide required information (delivery address, contact details), and select your preferred shipping method.

4. Payment: Choose your payment method and complete the payment process securely.

5. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order but confirms that we have received it.

6. Order Acceptance: A contract is formed when we send you an order acceptance email or when we dispatch your order for shipping, whichever comes first.

7. Shipping and Delivery: Once accepted, your order will be prepared for shipping, and you will be notified with tracking information when it ships.

Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Products sold through PrintWise may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Claims: For warranty service, please contact us with your order number, product details, and description of the issue. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Warranty Limitations: Warranties typically do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Specific exclusions are outlined in each manufacturer's warranty terms.

No Extended Warranties: Unless explicitly stated, we do not offer extended warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. Your statutory consumer rights under EU and Lithuanian law remain unaffected.

Technical Support: We provide reasonable technical support to help you with product setup and troubleshooting. However, we are not responsible for user error, compatibility issues with third-party software or materials, or failed prints.

Production and Delivery

Production Times: Estimated production times are provided for each product and vary depending on the complexity and quantity. Production begins after order acceptance and payment confirmation.

Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Methods: We work with reliable carriers including DPD, Omniva, and LP Express for deliveries within Lithuania and internationally.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your specified address or collection point.

Returns & Refunds

Product Performance: While we carefully select quality products, we are not liable for the performance of 3D printers or the results of your 3D printing projects. Print quality depends on many factors including settings, materials, and user skill.

Material Compatibility: We are not responsible for compatibility issues between products, third-party materials, or software. Product compatibility information is provided as guidance only.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for proper product installation, operation, maintenance, and safety. Always follow manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.

Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, failed prints, or damaged materials, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Lithuanian law, including rights relating to defective products or misrepresentation.

Privacy and Data Protection

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
