It comprises a hotend kit (including an extended hot end, a PTFE tube, and an all-titanium throat pipe), as well as a gearbox kit and an extrusion fan assembly, providing you with a complete solution for seamless extrusion.
Dual-Gear Direct Drive Extruder
Our kit boasts the dual-gear direct drive extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio, weighing only 290g. The 5.2:1 reduction ratio and stainless steel dual-gear teeth deliver exceptional torque and firm grip, ensuring precise and reliable filament feeding, and preventing the flexible filament from slipping and grinding.
300°C High-Temp Hotend Kit
Our hotend kit is capable of reaching temperatures up to 300°C, allowing you to print with a variety of high-temp filaments like nylon. The all-titanium alloy throat dissipates heat quickly, while the extended hot end with a 60W ceramic heating element and brass heating block can quickly melt the filament even at high-speed printing.
Efficient Cooling Fans
Our dual-gear direct extruder kit comes with 2x4015 ball-bearing thickened double-sided cooling fans, providing efficient cooling to the hot end, preventing heat-related issues, and ensuring consistent overall print quality.
